East Ridge
Certified Organic Dark Roast
Depth and Quality
East Ridge is a new name for the “Vineyard” coffee our customers have known and loved. We renamed it after one of our favorite places as a celebration of our partnership with California State Parks Foundation. 10% of profits from our organic coffees go to the work they do.
About This Coffee
Armstrong Redwoods is one of those places that puts things in perspective. The East Ridge trail rises above the old-growth canopy into open chaparral, where the coast and valleys spread out below you.
Our Organic Dark Roast brings that same sense of depth: top-quality organic beans roasted dark for a rich, smoky cup that's complex and satisfying without crossing into bitter territory. A great coffee to start your day.
How To Brew
We brew our Organic Dark Roast as a drip coffee using a ratio of about 1 oz of ground coffee for every 16 oz of water or a 16:1 ratio by weight.
Use our brew guides for a good jumping off point with your preferred brewer.

This French Roast is really special. I love the aroma and all the flavors it has. I highly recommend it !!!
We recently discovered Black Oak coffee in Healdsburg on the way to Mendocino and had it again the same weekend at Fog Eater Cafe. We feel so fortunate to have happened across it and are delighted to have a coffee subscription now. Vineyard is wonderfully rich, dark and smooth. It makes fantastic French press coffee!
Next to Bad **** peaberry daek roast at $100 a pound now, this has be come my go to. Has body taste and no bitterness.
